近中移动下颌第二恒磨牙的三维有限元分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的了解下颌第二恒磨牙不同载荷下近中移动时的位移及应力分布情况。方法在建立的下颌第二恒磨牙及其牙周组织的三维有限元模型牙体部分,相当于颊面管的部位模拟加力,以及模拟颊舌侧同时加力的情况,计算和分析牙体各个部位的应力分布情况。结果牙体平行移动时(M/F为8∶1),其应力分布比较均匀。在加力点处,牙体颈缘处及根分叉区应力比较集中。根尖部位没有高应力集中。结论下颌第二恒磨牙近中移动时,颊舌侧同时加力并且施加适当的近远中向的力矩,有利于牙齿的整体平行移动。 Objective To investigate the displacements and the stress distributions of a mandibular second molar. Methods A three-dimensional finite element model of a mandibular second molar was developed. The displacements and the stress distributions of the molar were analyzed. Results They brought the results of the uniform stresses in the molar and controlled the translatory movement. There were stress concentrations in the cervix and the apex of the root and the forcing point. Conclusion When M/F is about 8 and two equal forces axe added on both buccal and palatal sides, there are the uniform stress in the molar and controlled translatory movement.
