摘要
目的:应用高频超声显像技术观察动脉粥样硬化(AS)的自然消退及祛瘀消斑胶囊消退 AS 的作用。方法:20只兔喂以高胆固醇饲料,12周末16只造模兔随机分为自然消退组和中药组,每组8只。于实验开始、12周末和24周末分别进行血脂和高频超声检测,并和病理检测结果对比。结果:经过12周造模后,实验兔的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)显著升高,腹主动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)显著增厚(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。24周末两组实验兔各项血脂指标均显著降低,中药组的 TC、TG 和 LDL-C 显著低于自然消退组(P<0.05或 P<0.01),IMT 显著小于自然消退组(P<0.05),腹主动脉超声图像平均回声强度的校正值(AIIc%)较造模后测量值显著增大(P<0.01)。造模后、自然消退组和中药组形态学检查有明显差异。结论:祛瘀消斑胶囊具有消退实验兔 AS 的作用,高频超声技术可作为定性和定量随访 AS 动态变化的可靠方法。
Objective: To observe the action of Quyu Xiaoban Capsule in removing atherosclerosis (AS) with high frequency ultrasonography. Methods: 20 rabbits were fed with forage of high cholesterol, and at the end of the 12th week, 16 model rabbits were randomly divided into a natural removing group (control group) and a Chinese drug group, 8 in each group. Blood lipids determination and high frequency ultrasonography were carried out and the outcomes were compared with the results of pathological examination at the beginning, the end of the 12th week and the end of the 24th week. Results: 12 weeks after modeling, blood total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG) and lower density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) in the model rabbit increased significantly and intimamedia thickness(IMT) thickened significantly (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). At the end of the 24th week, all indexes of blood lipids in both groups decreased significantly, and TC, TG and L DL-C in the Chinese drug group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and IMT was significantly smaller than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The corrective value of the mean intensity of the ultrasonogram of the abdominal aorta (Allc%) in the model rabbit increased significantly (P〈0.01), and no significant difference between the two groups in morphological examinations was found. Conclusion: Quyu Xiaoban Capsule has the function of removing AS, and high frequency ultrasonography is a reliable method for qualitatively and quantitatively following-up dynamic changes of AS.
