摘要
根据电力系统的负荷特性或业主的直接要求,提出对水电站群的负荷要求。分析水电站群的来水特性和负荷要求,在尽可能满足负荷要求的前提下确定水电站群的调度目标,并给出相应的调度方法。这个方法统称为“用判别系数和调度图相结合的方法”。为实现水库调度的初级目标时,调度图中使用的是“保证出力”的概念;而为实现水库调度的高级目标时,调度图中使用的是“基础出力”的概念。
According to the required load characteristic of the power system or the owner＇s demand, the load demand of the hydroelectric plants group is proposed. The regulation goal and its corresponding regulation method of the hydroelectric plants group are given by analyzing the water inflow characteristic and the load demand to meet the load demand as much as possible. This method is called＂the method combining the differentiating coefficient and the regulation diagram＂. When to realize the elementary goal of the reservoir regulation, the concept of ＂firm capacity ＂is used in the diagram, while to realize the higher goal, the ＂base capacity＂is used.
