The high rate of ceasarean section had been recognized by medical field and sanitation manage department. It is urgent to analyze the reasons and research the countermeasures. We should give the health education to lying- in women, strengthen the construction of professional ethics and legal system, perfect the manage system of medicine, establish the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients .so that we can maintain the benefit of mothers and babies.
