摘要
在导向剂法合成Y型分子筛的工艺下,晶化母液中残留的SiO2和Na2O的含量比较高,相当于模数较低的稀水玻璃。将晶化母液分离处理后,在晶化母液中加入一定量的铝酸钠溶液成胶、晶化可制备出合格的13X型沸石,作为吸附干燥剂使用,以便最大化的利用资源。
During the synthesis of Y type molecular sieve with oriented additives, the content of SiO2 and Na2O remained in crystalline spent liguor is high, which is equal to dilute soluble glass of low modulus. After separating the Spent liquor, add amount of sodium aluminate solution to make alun gel. Then quality 13X zeolite could be produced after a certain crystallization, and used as adsorbent and desiccant, which maximizes the utilization of resources.
