摘要
针对贵州分公司碳素厂煅烧焦颗粒偏细、粉料多、气孔率大及强度差的特点,选择煅炭最大颗粒直径为6mm的细颗粒配方进行工业试验。细颗粒配方能增加炭素焙烧阳极致密性、利于提高其机械强度,对改进配方工艺具有积极意义。
As for calcined coke with characteristics of finer particle, much powder and large porosity and bad strength in Guizhou Branch Carbon Plant, one fine coke formula with a maximum calcined particle diameter of 6mm is chosen to make industrial test. Fine coke formula can enhance compactness of baked carbon anode and mechanical strength, which is in favor of formula process improvement.
