摘要
定义了评定选择装配质量的两个指标:匹配率和匹配精度,提出了计算机辅助选择装配的两种基本方法:按封闭环理想尺寸位置匹配和按封闭环平均偏差值匹配。以不同组成环数、不同组成环零件数、不同偏差分布类型的装配尺寸链为研究对象,取选择装配的封闭环公差为按极值法计算所得封闭环公差的十分之一,以匹配率为评价指标,比较了两种方法的优劣。
