摘要
目的:建立测定红车轴草中大豆苷元、染料木素、芒柄花素和鹰嘴豆芽素A含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:KromasilC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈0.1H3PO4(40∶60),流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长:254nm,柱温:25℃。结果:大豆苷元、染料木素、芒柄花素和鹰嘴豆芽素A的线性范围分别为0.0662~0.6620μg,0.0978~0.9780μg,0.0866~0.8660μg和0.0992~0.9920μg。该方法回收率大豆苷元为98.9(RSD=0.46),染料木素为98.8(RSD=1.21),芒柄花素为98.8(RSD=0.71),鹰嘴豆芽素A为97.5(RSD=1.33)。结论:该法简便、快速、准确。
AIM : To establish an HPLC method for the determination of daidzein, genistein, formononetin and biochanin A in Trifolium pratense L. METHODS : A Kromasil C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.1% H3PO4 (40: 60) , the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 the wavelength of detection was set at 254 nm and the column temperature was at 25℃. RESULTS: The linear range of daidzein, genistein, formononetin and biochanin A was 0.0662 -0. 6620 μg,0. 0978 -0.9780 μg, 0. 0866 -0. 8660 μg and 0. 0992 -0. 9920 μg, respectively. The average recovery was 98.9% (RSD =0.46%) , 98.8% (RSD = 1.21%) , 98.8% (RSD = 0.71% ) and 97.5% (RSD = 1.33% ), respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
