摘要
在考虑油膜惯性力的情况下,推导并求解了短轴承在紊流状态下轴颈运动微分方程,根据油膜力沿轴颈涡动轨迹上的作功大小,提出一种判别轴承稳定性的能量方法,最后通过计算实例,说明了油膜涡动与轴承稳定性的内在联系。
In this paper, the differential equation of motion of turbulent short journal bearing including inertia forces is derived and worked out. According to the work done by nonlinear oil film force along the whirl orbit, a new energy method to judge bearing stability is proposed. Finally, the internal relation between oil whirl and bearing stability is illustrated by a numerical example.
