摘要
用硅胶柱层析、重结晶等手段从中药白鲜皮(DictamnusdasycarpusTurcz)乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到5个单体(A、B、C、E和G)。通过碳谱、氢谱等核磁手段鉴定出,A为梣酮(Fraxinellone),E为白鲜碱(Dictamine);G为黄柏酮(Obacunone),其余化合物正在鉴定之中。
The chemical constituents of Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz was studied with the way of silgel and recrystalization. From the ethanol extract, five compounds had been isolated, and three of them had been characterized as follows： Fraxinellone （A）, Dictamine （B） and Obacunone （ C ） on the bases of their physico-chemical properties and ^1H,^13CNMR spectra data.
