摘要
采集自然菌种,通过初筛、复筛等培养,以可发酵物生物降解率为考核指标,筛选出降解率及除臭率较高的菌株。试验条件下当纤维素基质含水率为44%时,细菌降解能力最大。易腐物降解菌混合发酵结果显示,随着发酵时间延长,糖降解明显,含水率自第2天起逐步趋于稳定,基本维持在40%左右,脂肪含量变化不明显,蛋白质含量增加。放线菌除臭能力较强。
Strains from the natural flora were screened. Based on the utilization rate of fermentable substrate as indicators for evaluation, the strains of the higher utilization and bio-deodorization rate were screened. In test condition, the bacterial had the best degradation ability when the water contain of fiber substrate was 44 %. The result of fermentation of putrescible wasles showed that when the time of fermentation was prolonged, the content of saccharide was decreased and the content of water was towards stability and maintained about 40 % after next day; the content of fat was seldom changed and the content of protein was increased. Actinomycete had the higher ability of deodorization.
