摘要
当土壤砷含量达到一定浓度时,会对小麦产生毒害进而危害人体健康。笔者综述了砷对小麦籽粒萌发、生长发育的影响,及其在植株中积累的特征,并探讨了小麦砷污染防治途径,以期为无砷污染小麦的生产提供参考。
When the As contained in soil attains the certain density, it will poison wheat and endanger the human body health. The pollution on wheat seed germination, development and barley grains, the residue of arsenic in wheat crops were reviewed and also the development of the cultivation technique for without arsenic-accumulation grains was discussed.
