摘要
为了提高微电机槽楔这类零件模具的设计效率和质量,降低设计人员的劳动强度,需要开发相应的模具CAD系统。通过对微电机槽楔的特点和使用要求的分析,论述了槽楔冷挤模CAD系统的原理;并结合一个应用实例来说明槽楔冷挤模CAD系统的应用。
For improveing die design efficiency and quality like slot wedge in micro motor,reducing the labor input, it needs to develop the CAD of die for slot wedge. The characteristics and instruction of part like slot wedge in micro motor are analyzed at first, and the principle about the CAD of cold extrusion die for slot wedge is discussed. An example shows the application of the CAD of cold extrusion die for slot wedge.
