摘要
分析了公路设计、施工和营运阶段对生态与环境可能造成的各种负面影响,提出了相应的防护和治理措施。并着重论述了3S技术在公路环保中的作用和意义。
All kinds of negative influence of ecological environment during the stage of highway design, construction and running are analyzed. And the measures of protection and administration are put forward. The roles and significances of 3S technology in highway environment protection are discussed emphatically.
