摘要
基于水安全概念的模糊性和单项指标评价结果的不相容性,在物元分析的基础上,结合模糊集理论和欧氏贴近度概念,建立了区域水安全评价的模糊物元模型,并将该模型用于中国部分省级行政区域的水安全评价。依据待评样本与标准样本欧氏贴近度大小,确定了各省区水安全形势从好到坏的排序依次为:云南、广西、江苏、黑龙江、河南、陕西和山西。实例研究表明,运用模糊物元模型评价区域水安全状况,方法是可行的,结论是可靠的。
On the basis of matter-element analysis,a fuzzy matter-element model for evaluation of regional water security is established,combined with the fuzzy set theory and concept of Euclid approach degree. As a case,the model proposed above is used to assess some provincial water security in China. According to the Euclid approach degree of the evaluated samples to the standard fuzzy sample,the satisfying evaluation result is obtained. That is,the provinces in regarding to water security from good to poor in sequence are.. Yunnan Province, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomy Region, Jiangsu Province, Heilongjiang Province,Henan Province,Shaanxi Province and Shanxi Province. Study result shows that the fuzzy matter-element method is practical for regional water security evaluation.
