摘要
以AZ91D为试验原料,通过改变近液相线的浇铸温度、静置时间等不同的试验参数,研究近液相线法制备半固态浆料的工艺,并对获得的试样进行微观组织、力学性能和断口形貌分析.结果表明,在585℃,静置20~40min后浇铸,能获得较理想的半固态组织,且试样的力学性能较好.
The preparing technology for semi-solid slurry by near liquidus method is investigated with experimental material of magnesium alloy AZ91D by adjusting the test parameters such as casting temperature and standing time, and the microstructure, mechanical properties and fracture appearance of the test samples are analyzed. The results show that AZ91D slurry with more perfect semi-solid structure and better mechanical properties can be prepared at 585℃ casting after standing for 20~40 minutes.
