摘要
探讨在不同温度及时间条件下钙对铝镁合金熔炼过程中的阻燃效果。结果表明,不加钙的合金随温度的升高其烧损率是先升高后降低,相应的镁回收率是先降低后升高。添加了钙的合金随温度的增加烧损率持续升高,镁的回收率持续降低。随时间的延长,加钙合金的烧损率及镁回收率比不加钙的变化缓慢。
The inflaming retarding effect of Ca on molten Al-Mg alloy under various temperatures and retention time is investigated. The results show that the burning of magnesium in the alloy without Ca is initially increased with the increase of the temperature, then decreased, the recovery of the magnesium in the alloy is, contrary, decreased firstly then increased. For the Al-Mg alloy with Ca, the burning of magnesium is continuously increased and the recovery of the magnesium in the alloy is singly decreased with the increase of the temperature. The variation of burning and recovery of the magnesium in the alloy with Ca is milder than that without Ca situation.
