摘要
研究用真空负压整形法和挤压法制备ZLl09合金基氧化铝纤维与炭短纤维混杂纤维筒形预制件。试验结果表明,利用挤压铸造工艺,可以制得组织致密、纤维分布均匀的Al2O3f+Cf/ZL109混杂纤维复合材料。复合材料中基体与增强相之间的界面结合良好,没有夹杂物。纤维增强相在基体中分布均匀,主要呈二维分布。
The preparation of the hybrid fiber prefabricated tube part consistecl of ZL109 alloy oase and Al2O3 fiber and short carbon fiber by extrusion casting and vacuum negative pressure reshaping method is investigated. It is indicated by the experimental results that the Al2O3f+Cf/ZL109 hybrid fiber composite material with high density textures and uniform distribution fibers can be obtained by extrusion casting technology. The interface between the base alloy and reinforcing fibers is well jointed and without impurity mixed. The reinforcing fibers is well distributed in the base, and mainly in 2-dimension distribution.
