摘要
研究高密度泥浆法处理矿山酸性废水工艺,并实际应用于德兴铜矿工业废水处理工程.结果表明,高密度泥浆法工艺可减少石灰消耗量5%~10%,沉淀污泥含固率达20%~30%,提高处理能力量,降低处理成本,减轻管道的结垢现象,是处理酸性废水的先进实用技术.
The disposal technology of the acid waste water from mines with the High Density Sludge (HDS) method is investigated, and applied to the practical engineering of industrial waste water disposal in Dexing Copper Mine of Jiangxi Copper Co., Ltd. The results show that the consumption of lime is reduced by 5%~10%, the solid content in sediment mud is up to 20%~30%, and disposal capacity of the system is increased, operation cost is decreased, the fouling case is fewer by the adoption of the High Density Sludge (HDS) method. All of these advantages indicate that the HDS method is a practical and advanced method for acid waste water disposal.
