摘要
研究乳化液膜连续化处理含Cu2+废水的工艺过程以及提取转速、处理比和乳化液循环使用对Cu2+提取率的影响。结果表明,乳化液膜连续提铜工艺系统运行稳定,Cu2+提取率在92%以上,最佳提取转速为450r/min,处理比越大,Cu2+提取率越高,通过补加新鲜乳液可使破乳后乳液循环回用。
The continuously proposal process of wastewater containing Cu^2+ by means of liquid emulsion membrane and the effects of extracting speed, treatment ratio and recycled emulsion on extraction rate of Cu^2+ are investigated. The results show that this Cu^2+ continuously extracting system is stable in running and Cu^2+ extraction rate is over 92%. The optimum extracting speed is 450r/min. The larger the treatment ratio, the higher the extraction rate of Cu^2+. By adding new emulsion, the used emulsion can be recycled.
