摘要
以不同负荷剂量的铁饲料喂养正常生长发育期的大鼠,研究过量铁补充对机体生长发育的影响、某些营养素在机体内营养代谢的变化.将初断乳的Wistar雄性大鼠按体重随机分成3组,分别饲以不同铁负荷剂量的饲料,进行为期28天的生长实验,随后分别进行3天的钙、铁、锌代谢实验.饲料中不同铁负荷剂量对大鼠的体重增长没有影响;过量铁喂养使大鼠脏器、器官的脏体系数发生改变,对心脏、肝脏器官有一定危害;负荷铁组大鼠机体的钙、锌吸收率及储留率均下降,高铁剂量组碱性磷酸酶活性降低,红细胞游离原卟啉及血红蛋白浓度两个负荷铁组均未发生改变.给正常生长发育期的大鼠补充过量铁剂对动物体重增值没有改变,但对其某些脏器具有一定的危害.过量铁剂干扰了机体对钙、锌等营养元素的吸收利用。
Rats in normal growth period were fed with the feeds of different iron dosages. To study the influence of excessive iron supplement on the growth of rats and the change of nutritional metabolism in some nutriments, 30 weaned Wistar Rats were divided randomly and equally into 3 groups according to their weights and fed with the feeds with different iron dosages for 28 days. They were then engaged in metabolism of calcium, iron and zinc experiment for three dads. The rats' growth were not affected by the different iron dosages. Excessive iron intake made the viscera coefficient of rats change and did certain harm to heart and liver. The absorbability and reserve of calcium and zinc decreased and so did the AKP of the high iron group. But the excessive iron intake had no effect on the Hb and FEP, feeding the growing rats with feeds of excessive calcium dosage did not affect their growth but harmed some of their viscera. Excessive iron disturbed their absorbability and use of calcium and zinc.
