摘要
根据雕塑曲面的五轴加工特点 ,对干涉进行了分析研究 ,提出了一种新的干涉处理算法 :用均匀分布在刀具表面的直线与逼近加工曲面的一系列三角片求交 ,来检查及修正干涉。计算实例表明 ,这种算法稳定、可靠 ,在雕塑曲面五轴加工编程中 。
This paper describes research on algorithm for the generation of gouge free tool paths with respect to 5 axis machining of sculptured surfaces and proposes a new approach. The approach includes (a) the tessellation of the parametric surfaces into triangles, (b) intersection between lines distributed uniformly onto a cylindrically shaped cutting tool and some triangle planes used to approximate the surface,and (c) interference detection and tool position correction.The result of calculation shows that the approach is stable, reliable and useful in 5 axis machining of sculptured surfaces.
