摘要 由Q235A与S135两种材质分瓣组装焊接的转轮室结构件,一瓣采用热时效法,一瓣采用振动时效法,并在时效前后分别进行应力测量及尺寸测量,发现采用振动时效瓣的应力得到明显降低和均化,尺寸稳定性能大幅度提高,割去工艺支撑后变形很小,不需进行尺寸矫正;采用热时效处理瓣的应力得到大幅度降低并出现大量负值,割去工艺支撑后与通常变形很大需对尺寸进行矫正。 The runner chamber was welded into group with two halves made of materials Q235A and S135. One half is treated by heat treatment method, and the other half by vibrating stress relief method. Before and after heat treatment, the stress and dimension were measured respectively, it was found that for the ones by vibrating stress relief method, the stress was reduced evidently and equally, the dimension stability was enhanced greatly and after cutting down the technique support, the deformation was very small and the dimension need not be rectified, and for the other ones by heat treatment method, the stress was reduced greatly and appeared some negatives, so after cutting down the technique support, the deformation was very big and the dimension should be rectified.
