本文探讨了影响冷硬铸铁轧辊白口层深度的主要因素。运用数理统计回归分析方法对大量原始生产数据进行处理，求得生产条件下冷硬铸铁轧辊白口层深度与主要工艺参数之间的线性关系。

In this paper, the main factors affecting the chill depth of chilled cast iron roll were discussed. A great number of initial dafa were anolysed statistically by the regression method. The regression elations have been established betueen the chill depth of the chilled roll and the chemical composition as well as pouring temperature. To which the arthor has giver theoretical explanation.
