Analyzing for the Reasons Causing the Internal Leak in the Pipes of Sulphur Condenser

分析了硫冷凝器换热管穿孔及换热管与管板连接焊缝出现裂纹导致管束内漏的原因,结合设备状况和运行情况提出了预防和处理措施。

It was found out after analyzing that the punching of heat exchange in sulphur condenser and the crack in the welding seam connecting the heat exchange and pipe plate are the reason causing the intemal leak. Upon the equipment conditions and performance the preventive measures as well as the method of handling were put forward.
