摘要
针对高速走丝线切割机常见的断丝故障,详细分析了电极丝易断的原因:电极丝的选择、电极丝的松紧程度、电极丝的储存、工件材料选用不合理、工作液浓度不合适、与导丝机构相关、电参数选择不当、进给速度调节不当等,并给出了相应的解决方法,取得了满意的效果。
The causes of filament break were analyzed in detail direct towards the frequent occurring of filament failure in high speed wire cutting machine. The causes were involved with the selection of electrode filament, the degree of tightness, the storage of electrode filament, the selection of work piece material, the strength of treatment fluid, the status of filament guiding mechanism, the selection of electrical parameter and the adjustment of feed speed, etc. Methods of resolution were put forward and approving results were procured.
