摘要 用红外、拉曼光谱、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究了水热条件下碳纳米管在不同氧化剂中的表面修饰过程。结果表明水热条件下可以成功地实现碳纳米管的表面修饰,而且,通过控制反应条件可以改变反应产物中官能团的种类和数量。 The chemical functionalization process of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) by hydrothermal treatments was investigated systematically under various reaction conditions, including different reagents, treatment time, and temperature. The treated samples were charactefized by the FTIR, XPS and Rarnan spectroscopy. The results revealed that the hydrothermal technology is an effective method for the functionalization of CNTs and the control of the resulting chemical groups.
