摘要 文章应用同步荧光法对维生素B1、B2和B6的混合物进行了分析.由于维生素B的荧光波谱存在重叠本工作采用三维同步荧光技术结合平行因子分析法(PARAFAC),对维生素B1,B2和B6混合物的三维荧光数据进行了测定和解析,并以高效液相色谱法(HPLC)作对照,获得了较好的结果.实验中取Ex=200~500 nm和△λ=20~120 um. In the present study, a synchronous speetrofluorimetric method has been applied to the simultaneous determination of vitamin B1, B2 and B6. However, their spectra are overlapped so it is difficult to determine them individually. The parallel factor analysis (PARAFAC) was applied to the resolution of the overlapped spectra of mixtures of vitamin B1, B2 and B6. The △λ range used was from 20 to 120 nm, and the excitation wavelength range was selected from 200 to 500 nm. From the measured fluorescence data a four-factor PARAFAC model was established, and was applied to the determination of a set of synthetic validation samples and some commercial samples with satisfactory results. This work shows that PARAFAC method is a powerful chemometric tool to the determination of mixtures of vitamin B1, B2 and B6.
