Study on the expression of HSP90β in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its clinical significance

目的:探讨鼻咽癌组织中HSP90β表达及其与组织分级、预后之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测50例鼻咽癌组织中HSP90β的表达情况,并分析其表达与鼻咽癌临床与预后之间的关系。结果:鼻咽癌中HSP90β阳性率高于鼻咽部正常组织,而且鼻咽癌分化程度越低,HSP90β的表达越强;HSP90β阴性表达者5年生存率明显高于阳性者。结论:说明HSP90β过度表达可能与鼻咽癌的发生、发展以及预后有关。

Objective：To study the expression of HSP90β and its clinical significance in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods：Immunohistochemical method SP was used to detect the expression of HSP90β in 50 cases and its clinical significance was studied. Results ： The positive rate of HSP90β was 56.0%. Analysis of patients survival demonstrated that the prognosis of NPC with HSP90β （-） expression was significantly better than the others. Conclusion： The overexpression of HSP90β was probably concerned with happening, development and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
