摘要
利用二维激光多普勒测速仪在内径为250mm的搅拌槽内对DT叶轮和PT叶轮进行了流场测试,获得了不同几何参数的叶轮在不同工况下的二维时均速度场和湍流强度、雷诺应力、剪切速率分布。为进一步研究搅拌器的流动特性,开发新型搅拌叶轮提供了可靠的实验依据。
Mean flow turbulent intensity Reynolds stress and shear rate plofiles have been measured by using Two-Dimensional Laser Doppler Anemometer (2D-LDA) for Disc Turbine (DT)and Pitched-Blade Turbine (PT) in a stirred tank.The effect of impeller clearance on flow characteristcs have been investigated The influence of geometry of PT,that is blade angle (30°-60°),blade width (0.1D-0.3D) and impeller diameter (0.3T-0.6T) on the flow have been studied.Experimental results show that turbulent parameters are correlated intimately with flowprofiles generated from impeller.This study provides reliable base for understanding mixing mechanism and is very important to improve the design of impellers and to develop new types of impeller.
