山东寿光市后胡营遗址试掘简报

Trial Excavation of the Houhuying Site in Shouguang City,Shandong

后胡营遗址位于寿光城南6．5公里处的后胡营村（图一）。其东400米为寿（光）尧（沟）公路，西侧50米有一条南北向宽120、深6米的古河道（大沟）。遗址南半部被后胡营村覆盖，北半部被一条南北向大路分成两段。东段南北长200、东西宽125米，总面积约25000平方米。中间有一路沟。沟的断崖暴露大量红烧土块、墓葬遗迹、陶片等。

In May 1976, the former Changwei Prefectural Archaeological Group of Shouguang City, Shandong, carried out a trial excavation on the Houhuying site 6.5 km south of the seat of Shouguang City. In the excavated area of more than 80 sq m they discovered seven tombs, which are all rectangular earthen pits of single burial. Their funeral objects consist mainly of pottery ding tripods, dou stemmed vessels, pots, gui tripods, bowls and jars. A comparison of the tomb shape and the combination of grave goods with those in surrounding areas suggests that the seven tombs excavated on the Houhuying site can be dated to the period of the Dawenkou culture.
