摘要 采用锥形量热仪研究了金属化合物、还原性物质等添加剂对HIPS及PE-LD阴燃特性的影响,以及炭黑等填料在阴燃中的作用,并且对阴燃机理作了初步探索。结果表明:常用金属氧化物氧化铁、氧化钙、氧化锌以及氯化铜可以提高炭层活性,能够明显促进HIPS及PE-LD阴燃燃烧;氧化铝、氧化镁、氧化钼降低炭层活性减缓阴燃燃烧; 炭黑为阴燃提供燃料促进阴燃燃烧;阴燃燃烧过程是一个氧气扩散过程,减少阴燃前沿的氧气供应,可以起到抑制阴燃的作用。 The effect of metal compounds and carbon black on the afterglowing characteristic of HIPS and PE-LD was studied, the possible mechanism of afterglowing was explored. The cone calorimeter was adopted to assess the combustion characteristic of afterglowing. It was found that the commonly used metal compounds such as FeaO3, CaO, ZnO and CuCl2 increased the reactivity of char residues, and accelerated afterglowing combustion significantly. Al2O3, MgO and MoO3 inhibited the afterglow- ing. Carbon black promoted afterglowing combustion by acting as fuel. Afterglowing combustion was considered being controlled by oxygen diffusion, and it can be inhibited by reducing the oxygen supply at the front.
