摘要 一些国产聚丙烯酸酯类冲击改性剂与国外同类优质产品相比还有一定的差距,探索了一套参照国外优质产品剖析其质量缺陷的方法,具有简单易行,可操作性强的特点,在对粒径、核壳比、分散性、交联度的剖析过程中,避开了复杂的实验手段。对粒径和分散性剖析时主要采用双辊辊压,观察所得片材透明性的办法;在对交联度剖析时利用了冲击强度对测试温度的依赖关系;对核壳比剖析时则直接观察辊压片材的软硬程度,这样就使得剖析结果具有较强的针对性。 In order to control the quality of the acrylic impact modifier, several simple methods were proposed to determine the compositions, particle size, core-shell ratio, dispersity, and the cross-link density of the modifiers. The particle size and' the dispersity were estimated from the transparency of the calendered sheets by naked eyes; the cross-link density can be deduced from the relationship between impact strength and temperature; the ~re-shell ratio was iudged through the softness of calendered sheets Such methods were proved to be effective in finding the quality defects of acrylic impact modifier.
