摘要
在往复螺杆式塑料注塑机的理论研究和设计中,了解熔融物料在注塑机螺杆螺槽中的压力、速度、剪切速率和剪切应力等参数的分布至关重要。使用Polyflow软件对熔融物料在往复螺杆式注塑机螺杆头部计量段中的三维等温流场进行了数值模拟。重点讨论了注射和塑化两个过程的流场。此研究工作可为注塑螺杆设计提供理论依据。
In the theoretical research and the design of reciprocating screw injection machines, accurate knowledge of the distributions of the velocity, the pressure, shear rate and shear stress of the molten polymers inside the injection barrel is of significant importance. Three-dimension isothermal flows in the metering section of reciprocating screw injection machines are simulated using the finite element package POLYFLOW. The flow fields of the injection process and the plastication process are discussed in details respectively. This research work provides a novel method for the design of the injection screw.
