摘要
工装库存管理是生产中的重要环节之一,在对某航空制造企业工装库存管理业务调研和需求分析的基础上,本文构建了基于Web的工装库存管理系统,建立了系统的功能模型和信息模型,完成了相应的一些技术和算法的研究,并在企业内部网环境中实现系统开发、部署和应用。该系统为企业建立全厂级的工装库,基本实现工艺装备库存的自动化管理,采用新的工装库存信息统计和需求预测算法为企业库存控制和决策提供智能支持,实现工装信息在全企业间的共享,提高工装库存管理的效率、准确性和科学性,是实现工装全生命周期管理(PLM)的重要组成部分。
Tooling stock management is one of most important parts during the producing. By investigating tooling stock managing operations and analyzing the requirements in one of the aeronautic manufacturing enterprises, this paper is to demonstrate a Web based tooling stock managing system, functional models and data models are built, the very key technique and arithmetic are acquired, and the exploitation, disposition and application of this platform are finished by taking advantage of the inner network service of the enterprise. This platform, which uses arithmetic to make an info statistic and requirements forecast, has directly established a sweeping tooling base, the automatic management of the tooling system, the intelligent supports of tooling control and decision for the enterprise. This work is not only a shared information system, but also a technique to improve the efficiency, veracity, it make the stock more scientific, and is the very important part of the product lifecycle management (PLM) of tooling stork.
