摘要
随着高新技术的发展和应用,大型复杂产品的研制成为可能。由于复杂产品的研发影响因素多,所以技术风险很大。本文从技术风险管理的过程入手,探讨了如何进行风险的识别、分析和控制,并给出了一个应用实例。
With the development and application of high technology, the large-sized complex products are more required. But the development of large-sized complex products is a high technical risk. How to manage the technical risk including developing process risk and product risk is discussed. Finally a case study is given.
