基于SolidWorks的CAPP系统的研究与设计

The research and design of CAPP system base on SolidWorks

针对传统CAPP系统只能完成定性的工艺设计工作、无法共享设计阶段的设计结果、对企业已有产品资源重用和对具体的工序设计支持较弱的现状,从信息集成、产品资源重用和系统应具备的功能出发,对PDM平台数据模型进行了分析;以SolidWorks为设计环境,对系统的体系结构、主要功能和工艺设计的思路、流程进行了分析和讨论;最后对系统实现的关键技术进行了论述。

This article analyses the data model based on PDM, aim at traditional CAPP system can only accomplish qualitative process design work, can＇t share the design result in the design stage, the weaker state of enterprise existed product resource reuse and idiographic working procedure design,from information integration, product resource reuse and the function which system should be possessed, analyse the data model based on PDM; under the design circumstance of SolidWorks, analyse and discuss the system structure of system.the main function and the thought.flow of process design; at last, discuss the key technologis of system fulfilled.
