氟康唑联合乙醇抗白念珠菌活性的体外实验研究

摘要 目的探讨氟康唑联合乙醇体外抗白念珠菌的活性。方法参照微量稀释法确定乙醇对白念珠菌的非细胞毒性剂量,并测定氟康唑单独及联合乙醇时对10株白念珠菌的MIC。结果氟康唑单独使用时,对10株白念珠菌的MIC值为4~64μg/ml;与乙醇(体积分数3.75%)联合时,氟康唑对受试菌的MIC值降至0.125~0.500μg/ml。结论乙醇可显著提高氟康唑对白念珠菌的敏感性。 Objective To investigate the anti-Candida albicans activity of fluconzaole combinated with ethanol in vitro. Methods Using minimum concentration of ethanol being not fungistatic,the minimum inhibitory concentration(MICs) of fluconazole alone and in combination with ethanol were determined in 10 C. albicans strains by NCCLS-M27-A microdilution method. Resuits The MICs of fluconazole alone to C. albicans above were 4 - 64 μg/ml, while those of fluconazole in combination with 3.75% ( v :v) ethanol were 0. 125 - 0.500 μg/ml. Conclusion Ethanol can increase the susceptility of C. albicans to fluconazole.
