生殖支原体感染所致慢性前列腺炎的临床及流行病学意义

Significamce of Clinic and Epidemiology on Mycoplasma Genitalium Infection in Patients with Chronic Non-bacterial Prostatitis

目的了解慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者的生殖支原体感染情况。方法采用培养及两种PCR相结合的方法,对487例临床初步诊断为慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者及75例正常对照的前列腺液标本进行了MG分离和检测。结果487例患者的前列腺液标本中,36例检测出MG,阳性率为7.39%,其中13例合并其他性病病原体感染,以合并解脲脲原体(UU)为多见。75例正常对照者中,1例检测出MG,阳性率为1.33%,两组比较差异有显著性(χ2=3.88,P<0.05)。结论在慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者中MG感染率较高。

Objective To understand the situation of Mycoplasma genitalium infection in chronic non-bacterial prostatitis. Methods Techniques of culture and two PCR were used to isolated and tested on prostatic secretion specimens from 487 patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis and 75 health men. Results positive rate of MG in the prostatic secretion from the 487 patients was 7.39% （36/487）, 13 cases had other pathogens ,of which Ureaplasma Urealytlcum （UU） was the most. In the controls, the positive rate of MG was 1.33% （ 1/75 ）. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant （X^2 = 3.88 ,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The infection rate of MG in patients with chronic non- bacterial prostatitis is higher.
