摘要
以光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜为主要手段,观察和分析了用纤维拉伸破坏的断口表面,结果表明:硼纤维的断裂均起源于固有的缺陷和裂纹。将所观察到的断裂类型进行归纳和分类,并对沉积工艺进行相应的改进,从而避免或减少了缺陷和裂纹的出现,提高了硼纤维的拉伸强度。
In this paper the fracture surface of boron fibre are observed and analysis by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results show that fracture of boron fibre originates from its intrinsic defects and cracks.It is summed up and classified that a great variety of fractures was observed,The occurrences of defect and crack are avoided or by modifying the deposition process,and then the tensile strength of boron fibre is improved.
