摘要
研究了热压SiC_w/Si_3N_4复合材料的力学性能。得知:SiC晶须的长径比和表面状态、晶须在基体中的分散程度以及热压工艺参数均对复合材料力学性能有很大影响。对上述内容进行优化后,材料的力学性能得到提高。1000℃的断裂韧性值超过10MPa^(1/2)。
The mechanical properties of SiCw/Si_3N_4 composite is investigated in this paper.The results show that there is great effect of aspect ratio of SiC whisker,dispersion level of whisker in matrix,and technical parameters in hot pressing on mechanical properties of composite.The mechanical properties of SiCw/Si_3N_4 composite were increased after the hot pressing parameters have been optimized. Fracture toughness of composite at 1000℃has exceeded 10 MPa· m1/2.
