摘要
提出了实时测量铝酸钠溶液化学成分(苛性钠、氧化铝和碳酸钠)浓度的三温三电导法。分析了铝酸钠溶液三温三电导数学模型的建立过程和模型的数值解法。给出了系统的总体结构图,并分析了系统各组成部分的结构、功能和工作原理。介绍了系统现场运行状况。
Three temperature and three conductivity method for the real time measuring the concentrations of the chemical composition of sodium aluminum solution is proposed. The establishment process and its numeric solution of the three temperature and three conductivity mathematics model of sodium aluminate solution are analysed. The total structure figure of the system is given, and the structure, function and operating theory of each component of the system are analyzed. The field operating condition of the system is introduced.
