摘要
以胡椒醛为原料,经Cannizzaro反应、氯代、腈代、水解、去保护等反应得到3,4-二羟基苯乙酸。该路线原料易得,操作简便,总收率为45.0%。
3,4-Dihydroxyphenylacetic acid was synthesized from piperonal. It could be prepared through Cannizzaro reaction, chlorination, nitrilation, hydrolysis, deprotection, etc. The total yield was 45.0 % .
