摘要
目的:建立片剂中依诺沙星(enoxacin)含量的铝敏化紫外分光光度法。方法:用铝离子在 pH=6.30的缓冲溶液中对依诺沙星进行敏化,用 UV-265紫外分光光度计测量体系的吸光度。结果:依诺沙星的浓度在4.0×10^(-7)~3.75×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)范围内吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.25×10^(-7)mol·L^(-1)。对浓度为1.5×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)的依诺沙星进行11次的平行测定,RSD 为0.8%。结论:为测定依诺沙星提供了灵敏、简便、快速、准确的方法。
Objective:To establish an aluminium sensitized ultraviolet spectrophotometry method for the determination of enoxacin tablets. Method: To enhance the absorbance spectra of enoxacin in the buffer slution of pH = 6. 30, measure the absorbance of enoxacin with UV - spectrometer at wavelength of 267 nm. Results: The absorbance was linearly related to the concentration of enoxacin in the range of 4. 0 × 10^-7 - 3. 75 × 10^-2 mol · L^-1 with a detection limit of 1.25 × 10^ -7 mol · L^-1. RSD 〈0. 8% (n = 11 ). Conclusion: It provides a sensitive rapid,simple and accuracy measurement of enoxacin.
