醋酸泼尼松片中非法掺入对乙酰氨基酚成分的定性研究

Studies on Identification for Paracetamol Illegally Mixed in Prednisone Acetate Tablets

目的:鉴别醋酸泼尼松片中非法掺入的成分。方法:用高效液相色谱法对醋酸泼尼松片中的成分进行分离。并用高效液相色谱、紫外光谱法、质谱法进行定性鉴定。结果:在高效液相色谱、紫外光谱、质谱中醋酸泼尼松片出现与乙酰氨基酚成分一致的峰。结论:醋酸泼尼松片中非法掺入了对乙酰氨基酚成分。

Objective：To identify the material that illegally mixed in prednisone acetate tablets. Method：To separate the material of the prednisone acetate tablets by HPLC, and to identify the material by HPLC /UV/MS. Results ： The same peaks as paracetamol are found in HPLC chromatogram, UV spectrogram, mass spectrogram of prednisone acetate tablets. Conclusion：Paracetamol is illegally mixed in prednisone acetate tablets.
