浮压恒流集成二极管设计及其应用

摘要 设计了一种新型浮压恒流集成二极管,能够同时为几百个LED提供标准恒定工作电流.采用跟随浮压技术进行电路设计,保证多个LED串联时的工作电压在2~200V之间选择,恒定输出电流为10~500 mA,恒流温度漂移小于5μA/℃,满足各种LED照明工程中电源设计的需要. A kind of new type float voltage and constant current diode IC is designed,which provide constant current for several 100 LEDs in the same time. The following-float voltage technique is used to design the electronic circuit, to insure that the operating voltage of several series LEDs will be between 2 V and 200 V. The constant current drift is than smaller 5μA/℃ at the output of constant current of 10-500 mA,which meet the demend of the every kindred of LED power supply designing in illuminating engineering.
