奥运新周期中国蹦床运动技术发展及动作选择分析

Analysis on Technical Development and Movement Selection of Our Trampoline in New Olympic Cycle

结合国内外蹦床项目的情况和未来蹦床项目的发展趋势,对蹦床的动作进行了分析,并提出了应对新规则的建议。认为,当前我国教练员应对蹦床动作的类型进行更为深入的分析,应在运动员已掌握动作的基础上选择未来的技术发展,同时将预赛两套动作作为一个整体考虑以进行动作编排,提高预赛两套动作的总难度,减少因调整整套动作对完成质量造成的冲击。

Combining with current condition and future developing trend of trampoline at home and abroad ,this paper made analysis on movement of trampoline, put forwarded suggestions to cope with new rules. At present ,our coaches should make deeply analysis on movement types of trampoline. Based on the skill mastered by trampolinist to select future technical development. At the same time, the coaches should consider to arrange routine in order to improve the difficulty and reduce the impact on movement quality.
