摘要
通过临场调查、电视收看2003～2004年赛季CBA与NBA联赛裁判员执法情况,用数理统计法对CBA和NBA联赛裁判员执法效能进行统计,运用比较法对CBA和NBA裁判员执法情况进行比较,分析了CBA与NBA裁判员所具备的基本素质和临场执法技术处理上的异同.提出裁判员是推动篮球运动健康、快速发展的强大动力,裁判员职业化程度的高低,在一定程度上影响着联赛的发展.
Through investigation at site and judging＇s enforcing the rule condition of 2003-2004 CBA and NBA league match by television,this paper made mathematical statistics on judging＇s rule situation of CBA and NBA league matches ,analyzed the basic quality and judging difference of CBA and NBA,put forwarded that referee was the drive force for promoting the development of basketball. The level of referee＇s professional influenced the development of league.
