从城运会游泳比赛看中国游泳后备人才储备

Research on Talent Swimmer Reserve from the Point of Swimming Competition in City Games

采用文献资料调研、问卷调查等方法,通过城运会游泳比赛,对我国竞技游泳的后备人才的储备进行调查研究。结果显示,城运会男子运动员参赛年龄合适,涌现出成绩好、年龄小的运动员,女运动员整体年龄偏大,缺少运动成绩好而年龄小的尖子运动员;城运会教练员是一批素质好、年龄适宜、训练经验丰富的优秀游泳教练员,他们是我国游泳项目走向世界的有力保障;女子项目要想在2008年北京奥运会取得好成绩,除了保持现有的优秀运动员良好的竞技能力、延长运动寿命外,还需要不断培养新人才能寻求突破,而在男子项目上较长距离项目是我们的优势。

Through using the method of literature investigation, questionnaire, this paper made investigation on talent reserve of our competitive swimming. The result showed that the male swimmer＇s age in city games was quit suitable,with best performance ,while female swimmer＇s age tended to older, and lacked of good performance. Swimming coaches in City Games was excellent and had rich experiences, they are the safeguard for our swimming toward to world top. In order to achieve best performance in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,we should not only maintain elite swimmer＇s best performance and prolong sports life ,but also find out new talent to make breakthrough.
