我国射箭运动训练现状的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis onTraining Condition of Archery in China

以专家访谈、问卷调查、实地观察为主要研究方法,对我国射箭运动训练现状进行了较深入的调查。结果表明,我国射箭技术训练年训练总量增大,周训练时数延长,负荷强度明显提高;对射箭用力性质及技术用力特点的理解存在差异;心理训练虽得到了普遍重视,但训练的效果并不理想;射箭战术训练开始引起重视,但对其规律性还没有统一的认识;对训练的监控还较薄弱。

Through using the method of expert interview, questionnaire and observation, this paper made deeply investigation on training condition of archery in China. The result showed that the total yearly training volume of our archery technical training increased ,weekly training hours extended and training load was obvious increased. There existed difference in understanding between technical force character and nature. Although mental training was highly recognized, the effect was not satisfactory. The tactical training has begun to draw attention,but still need a common understanding. The monitoring on training was still weak.
